WANDERWISE LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Revision Date: JULY 1, 2025

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH WANDERWISE LLC

Before we make or finalize arrangements for your trip, we require that you sign below or click “I Agree” on our website. Your signature or click signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

1. Agent for Suppliers

I understand that WanderWise LLC ("WanderWise") acts solely as an intermediary between me and the suppliers providing travel services (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators). WanderWise is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers, including delays, cancellations, accidents, or other incidents that may occur during my trip.

Use of Personal Information for Booking

To secure space with travel suppliers on your behalf, you authorize WanderWise LLC to use your full legal name, date of birth, and other required personal details. These details may be shared with airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, or other travel providers to reserve and confirm your travel arrangements.
You understand that accurate personal information is necessary to avoid travel disruptions and agree to provide full, correct details for yourself and any travelers you represent. WanderWise is not liable for booking errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

2. Risks of Travel and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that travel may involve certain risks, both known and unknown, including but not limited to:
-
Travel to remote areas where medical facilities may be limited or unavailable
-
Exposure to illness, including but not limited to viruses, bacteria, and other infectious diseases
-
Changes in government regulations or protocols, which may include quarantine measures
-
Encountering roadways, transportation, and infrastructure that may not meet the standards of the traveler's home country
-
Unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters, or political instability in travel destinations
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking through WanderWise, you assume all risks and agree to hold us harmless from any loss, injury, illness, or inconvenience. Review health and safety info at travel.state.gov and cdc.gov/travel.

Release of Liability

I, the traveler, hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, AND HOLD HARMLESS WanderWise LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, representatives, independent contractors, volunteers, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the risks associated with my trip, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, delays, cancellations, property damage, or death. This release extends to any and all claims arising out of acts of negligence by third-party suppliers.

Voluntary Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge and fully understand that participation in travel involves risks and dangers that may result in injury, illness, death, or damage to property. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, arising from my participation in any travel-related activities booked through WanderWise LLC.

3. Health Protocols and Entry Requirements

You are responsible for complying with all health and entry requirements, including those related to COVID-19, vaccinations, face coverings, testing, and documentation. Requirements may change without notice.

4. Passport and Visa Compliance

You are responsible for verifying and securing any necessary passports, visas, or travel permissions. Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond entry. Entry may be denied for prior convictions, health status, or lack of documentation.

5. Fees and Price Adjustments

All WanderWise service fees are non-refundable. If a Supplier offers a price reduction after booking, we may assist with rebooking where permitted. Change fees may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed.

6. Price Increases

You agree to pay any post-booking price increases (including taxes, surcharges, or fees) imposed by Suppliers or governments. These may occur even after payment is completed.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You may compare plans at:
• Allianz Travel Insurance
• Arica’s Insurance – 207 Fairview Ave, Hudson, NY 12534 | (518) 320-8210
WanderWise is not an insurance provider. We are not liable for denied claims or coverage issues. If you decline coverage, a signed waiver may be required.

8. Credit Card Use and Payment Disputes

If WanderWise is the merchant of record, we act as an intermediary to collect and remit funds to Suppliers. If services are not delivered, your recourse is against the Supplier. You agree not to initiate chargebacks against WanderWise.

9. Group Travel and Group Leader Responsibilities

If part of a group, the designated group leader may receive trip updates and be responsible for relaying information. WanderWise may also communicate directly with group members. Group leaders agree to distribute payment deadlines and itinerary updates in a timely manner.

10. Marketing & Testimonial Consent

You authorize WanderWise to use your first name, trip destination, and general trip details (e.g., “Just Booked: Alicia’s Iceland Adventure”) in marketing materials. You also consent to the use of any feedback or testimonials you voluntarily provide. You may opt out at any time by emailing Amanda.Cahill@Envoyage.com.

11. Photo/Media Release

Photos or videos taken during WanderWise-hosted trips may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out of this usage, notify us in writing before travel.

12. Data & Legal Jurisdiction

Claims must be made within 30 days of the trip. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement or my trip shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Columbia County, New York.
